(a very skinny, kinda tall dude with a moon for a head who believes he was anointed by God to murder every last man woman and child in order to save their souls.. Apparently earth was invaded by interdimensional Lizard creatures who feed on the souls of humans, only the man in the moon can see these creatures and to save humanity the man in the moon has to free their souls (by brutally murdering them) before the Lizards get them....now everything the man in the moon believes may be true.. or he could just be some psychotic freak with a moon for a head justifying his crazy murder spree..who knows)
